Bachelor’s thesis analyses problem connected with implementation of a housing construction as a business plan. It includes theoretical description of prospectus, appreciation of housing construction in The Czech Republic and analysis of general and professional entourage of a company. In the end, there is a proposal of realization prospectus in monitoring company and alternatives of financing this kind of project.

The Bachelor Thesis suggests a possibility of construction realization of developer´s project as prospectus. Developer´s project means in this thesis a multifunctional retail and amusement centre. Here is covered a theoretical description of prospectus, its structure and demands set for it, then an evaluation of construction of shopping centres in the CR and an analysis of general and technical environment. In conclusion there is introduced a suggestion of prospectus realization in observed company, and project financing.

The diploma thesis introduces the possibility to realize the building of a developer project as entrepreneurial plan. In this thesis the developer project means an administrative building. It covers a theoretical description of the entrepreneurial plan, its structure and requirements for it, further the evaluation of the building of administrative buildings in CR, the analysis of general and branch backgrounds, also the risk policy with the map of risk for the set development. At the end there is introduced a project of the realization of the entrepreneurial plan in the monitored enterprise and the financing of the project.
